Remove thermometer
There is a setting already for that in settings.py IIRC, look at the landing/homepage template for reference.

One-time Donations message
Something along the lines of "Make a one-time donation on blender.org" linking to https://www.blender.org/foundation/donation-payment/

This message could be under the "Choose Your Membership"
{F9534035, size=full}

And also as a link on the top navigation bar, "One-time Donations".
