Blender hair particles crashing in low performance computers, I may've foun the reason #96829

I have a laptop with a i7 5500U intel hd graphics 5500, low spec

Everytime I try to change a particle to hair blender crashes(same occurs to grease pencil) but I've tried to change it in the cycles render engine and it worked fine, I think that maybe when eevee was having updates later 2.8 at sometime broke the compatibility.
I ve tried eevee next and workbench next but they crashed at the moment I changed them, I understand they are still at development.
