At this point, one can enable/disable notifications for the whole Extensions site, but if i help to comment on some extensions, i may not want to keep receiving further discussions from this extension forever, while i would like to make sure i get notified if my extension gets some comments/reviews and so on.

Please provide a way to unsubscribe from an extension i commented/reviewed on.
