This PR adds manifest fields platforms and wheels.

Platforms are validated against a list of slugs configured via admin,
a new platform GET parameter is supported in /api/v1/extensions/,
and platforms field is added to items in the api response (when defined).

Wheels paths presence in the zip archive is validated.

Delete Branch "platforms"
