Dalai Felinto e69bd1be71 Tags: Make tags dependent on type, and remove taggit 
Changes:
* No more tags fixtures (they are defined on migration now).
* No more taggit (we still depend on it for early migrations).
* Different tags for add-ons and themes.
* Search view no longer shows the tags.
