Exporting a valid GLTF (was valid before import) causes GLTF validation errors

I should also mention that I've been able to reproduce it in Blender 3.4.1 as well.

@JulienDuroure I'm able to reproduce this issue with Blender 3.2.0 and while using the "Merge vertices" option in the GLTF importer.
