When importing the downloaded add-on-io-export-after-effects-v0.2.1.zip, the importer retuns the following error message:

"ZIP packaged incorrectly; _init_py should be in a directory, not at top-level"

Hi, what version of Blender are you using? In particular the hash you can see in the Blender menu (top left) > About Blender?

Can you try downloading a recent version of 4.2 from the builder?

Great!

If you need it for Blender 4.1 and previous, you can still download the old version of the Python script directly and install it as usual.
