I haven't tested this myself, but have you been working on an updated version of the script? DNA_STRUCT_RENAME_ELEM has been renamed to DNA_STRUCT_RENAME_MEMBER for a while now, see commit 4ac25883a3.
I can now confirm with the new file. There is indeed an inconsistency in the rounding behavior for the X value of the cropped region render resolution.
