Mantaflow -> random missing square-shaped chunks in generated foam particle cache

I have the same problem, almost every time i generate foam it goes in square holes.

Strange behaviour when reloading file, fluid simulation does not bake or work at all. Blender 3.4.1

I can't bake this file at all. This could be bug, but will have to check. Do you have issues with simpler simulations like "quick liquid" from menu?
