I18n: make socket properties from asset nodes translatable

Generally looks good, but think this is for main at this point, too late for 4.0 :)

I18n: Khmer script not rendered in the UI

@mont29, what do you think about disabling the Khmer translation for 4.0 only since the font won’t be added until then?
