I confirm that with the latest build they seem to be fixed on my end!
Black render on Eevee Next on an old scene.
On my end, I confirm I can reproduce it. I use an RTX 4060. It does not happen in the viewport, but only if I render the actual frame.

I cannot reproduce it either anymore. Unfortunately I don't know what triggered it (or, in general, what is the code logic to trigger the lock).
