This pull request addresses the remaining Web Assets v2 post-upgrade issues and updates the contents and UIs of the Home, Teams, and Welcome page templates.

It also improves the behaviour and consistency of various UI elements, primarily by implementing Web Assets patterns and solutions introduced in v2.

This PR is not a fully comprehensive design update, but rather a key visual starting point for a more complete, systematic design overhaul.
