Add separator between film title and other pages, like we do on blender.org
Remove link to "Home". It can be confused with the film home, and it
is already available when clicking on the giant "Blender Studio" link
in the top bar.

The order of navbar items (Content Gallery, Production Logs) is different because of a change upstream, not this patch.

* Remove link to "Home". It can be confused with the film home, and it
  is already available when clicking on the giant "Blender Studio" link

* Make film title bold.
* Add separator between film title and other pages.
