Similar to Training, add a popover on hover for the most recent films.
Same as Training, this is a hardcoded list at the moment. Since it
gets updated around once a year, no need to be polling the currently
active films and trainings.
This introduces a few minor adjustments to styling as well.
* Increase size of titles, they are just too tiny now, which is more
apparent with single-word films. There's plenty of room to show them
bigger anyway.
* Decrease line-height in titles, it was a bit too large.
* Align thumbnail and content to the center (vertically).
