The Git tag already includes a leading `v`, so the Makefile shouldn't add
it as well.

PlaySync

PlaySync allows multiple Blender users to work together using Blender's Video Sequence Editor. Changes are synchronised between users via a network server.

This is a prototype, and may or may not work for you.
