Seems like the only way to work around the bug is to go into the EEVEE-legacy engine and enable it, then go back to EEVEE

@fclem May want to take a look, but afaik it's recommended to just use nodes in EEVEE Next to achieve similar effect so we don't get duplicated features everywhere.

Looks like that is broken…

@ChengduLittleA I can download a 300MB build from the blender website in half the time it takes for the extension platform to download a 5kb addon. Seems more like a extension platform issue
