Separate ColorRamp node name into Color Ramp

Looking at this now, it's clear that the change would be fine, since it only affects the names (not the identifiers). Is this marked as WIP for any particular reason? Otherwise I would accept…

Breaking shader node changes for 5.0

The socket names are used in the API, but the node names are not I think.

Yeah, that's why I didn't change the Bright socket name. I guess that one is a change for 4.0
