Eevee Next Raytrace/GI Overpowers Reflective and Refractive Shaders

From your blend file, you have set Raytracing Max Roughness at 0. Those metal will use Fast GI instead of screen trace. See blender/blender#123356 (comment)

Baking Colors with AlphaChannel

I'm assuming the author is looking for a way to bake with straight alpha instead of premultiplied, I have not found anything in documentation that say whether Blender have an option for that.

When both are in pose mode, the selection state of one is unintentionally synchronized with the other.
