Whoops, didn't realize there was a 4.2.1 😅 I've switched to that and so far the problem hasn't reoccurred so I think that's it. You can close this and I'll reopen it if it reoccurs. Thanks guys

@PratikPB2123 no my point is that unchecked or checked makes no difference. Even if unchecked it extends the existing seam/sharp edge marking along the bevelled edge.
On that note, it might still be broken because unchecking the box still retains the existing seam?
