Cryptomatte not rendering properly
It doesn't seem to separate the objects, it separates one eye and the body and the teeth, but seems like that's it. The rest of the cryptomatte is just random pixels

Copy Render Settings add-on needs to be updated for modern render engines (Eevee, Cycles, Workbench...)
Sorry I wasn't active, but thank you @mont29 for the update. This addon will be trivial in my project, since I have to make sure all the settings are synced between scenes and files.
