Collection Assets: To Instance or Not to Instance

Is this topic dead?

The default instancing is a bug, IMO. I can only imagine fringe cases when you want a dropped collection asset to be an instance. Can we please make this user friendly?

Keying sets other than Whole Character (or keyframing in general) do not respect channel locks

Sorry, didn't mean to close it. This is actually a major bug for riggers, and shouldn't exist in an LTS release.
