Bastien Montagne 4f673f18af Move `BKE_lib_override.h` header to be fully C++. 
This implies using the `.hh` extension, and removing the `extern "C"`
blocks from it.

Blender is the free and open source 3D creation suite. It supports the entirety of the 3D pipeline-modeling, rigging, animation, simulation, rendering, compositing, motion tracking and video editing.
