Okay, i tested it on my laptop with a clean blender version first. The hotkeys are there from the start, and even after manually deleting them in keymap editor, disabling and enabling cloudrig…

Toggle "meta/generated rig hotkey" missing

Okay, it is still there, i was able to use it and assign a hotkey through the F3 menu, but it feels like a workaround and not a proper fix.
