Ah ok. It's in the Sidebar of the 3D Viewport. In the Brush Asset panel. You can rename the brush there Operators are in the arrow popover or on right click on a brush asset in the asset shelf.
You have to first Duplicate the brush asset. I usually save it to my User Library. Only then can you actually edit the brush asset.
