Unable to import files

Both graphics cards have got the most up to date drivers, I'm using the discrete GPU. See attached file to be imported and screenshot of the blank screen.

I managed to import it on another device. Which is the most recent version of Blender that's compatible with the GeForce GT 555M graphics card?
