Sorry for double report. I tried to search for similar issues but didn't clicked on Closed. This UI behaves differently from GitHub where all issues are searched unless filtered with is:open.

Indeed, it is fixed in 4.2.0 Alpha. The checkmark persists correctly and not being unchecked.

Don't know how to proceed from here with this report.
