The previous description was a copy of the description from the normal parenting.
It read that the Parent Inverse matrix is computed, but for the "Parenting without Inverse" the inverse matrix is unchanged.

Yeah that seems right. The operator is called "without Inverse", and indeed it shouldn't change the parent inverse matrix.
