Germano Cavalcante	59afa895b6	Update snap menu documentation The names 'Snap With' and 'Snap To' have been renamed to 'Snap Base' and 'Snap Target'. Documentation needs to reflect this. The image has been updated. And documentation has also been added for the "Rotation Increment" (Ref [1]).
