  • Update outdated parts:

    • The keyboard shortcut for View -> Refresh All changed from Ctrl-R to Ctrl-E
    • The "Display Waveform" option for sound strips no longer exists (the waveform is now always shown).
    • The menu item "Strip --> Rebuild Proxy and Timecode Indices" has moved to "View -> Proxy -> Rebuild" and is not available in Sequencer mode.
    • The layout and text of the Proxy tab in the Sidebar have changed -> updated screenshot

  • Fix the incorrect statement that a mask affects a modifier "and any modifiers below it."

  • Clarify what "preprocessed" and "composited" mean in the preview cache settings.

  • Clarify the difference between "Strip Offset" and "Hold Offset."

  • Add the missing K shortcut for the Blade tool (only Shift-K was listed) and expand the explanation. This should handle #104613.

  • Explain that the Proxy tab isn't always needed for generating proxies.

  • Fix grammar and reduce wordiness.
