Short description of error
Editing some 3d Scenes, sometimes with low vertices, Blender hangs for some seconds, sometimes longs 5 up to 20 seconds, after this, 80% time after, the Blender Closes.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
70% times when I edit the mesh, creating faces, moving edges... Random times!
but its very dificult to reproduce the error... very random. Has any log what I can create to check?

I'm on a UHD620, and periodically I encounter random hang as well, for me a lot of times it would cause the entire system to hang and needs a force reboot. If you are on a low-power CPU/laptop, This is probably due to a some hardware quirk of the integrated graphics in these specific generations of CPUs, try one of these solutions and see if it helps: https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Intel_graphics#Crash/freeze_on_low_power_Intel_CPUs, I'm not sure any of it works because for me the bug also persists even if I tried.

Try launching blender with blender -d --debug-gpu and see if you can give us crash logs and system info etc: https://docs.blender.org/manual/en/3.6/troubleshooting/crash.html
