Not updating deltax/deltay property values of the VIEW2D_OT_pan

Why does this remove the if (deltax != 0) check around this line? Even if not needed for the X axis (since page snapping is only applied to Y), I'd keep the axes in sync.

Small change, now I take advantage of if (deltax || deltay) { to assign both deltas values
