Graphics card: RTX 3060 12GB
RAM: 16GB
PROCESSOR: Ryzen 5 3600

Blender Version
Broken: 4.0.0
Worked: 3.6.5

blender fails to start, opens as "*(unsaved) - Blender 4.0" flashes blank and closes suddenly.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
The way to reproduce the error is just to try to open blender and it won't work.

Hi,

It's still closing on startup. 4.0.1 and 4.0.2 Ive tried with the Blender Launcher, also, in debug mode in the command line. Same, launches, then crashes after a few seconds.

This is also happening in my Steam version of Blender.

Set the PYTHONPATH environment variable to NULL
That is
