Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

Short description of error
You cannot edit keyframes on a Linked Rig with Library Override
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Object -> Relations -> Make Library Override...
and selected theMively BODY RIG
They play properly BUT cannot be moved in timeline, dope sheet and graph editor
And the "Delete Keyframes" button does not work but "Clear keyframes" from the right click panel works

Tried with a linked 'one bone armature on a cube' and keyframe scaling works fine !
Issue exists on the particular set of rigs only... will upload blend tonight

The manual says that Library Orverrides is Experimental, with known issues and many ToDos.

I didn't find anything specific about what was explained in the report, and the problem seems to be somewhat important.
So I dare mark it as a bug.
Maybe it could be a task of #73318 (Library overrides)

@V-prime I did investigate a similar issue in the past. The reason why your blend file dos not behave like a simple cube/amature setup is because your armature in "Mively Solo.bend" file has an action attached to it (you might have tried some animation and save the file). If you remove this action (go to "blender file" view in the outliner to find "Mively BODY RIGAction") and save the file, you'll be able to edit keyframes in a fresh linked version of it. Note this is just a warkaround, this is a limitation of the system and should be addressed.
It looks to me that the root cause is related to #72629.

Note that you will never be able to edit keyframes in an override action, only (later) add or replace some F-curves...
