Short Description of Error
Any downloaded version just won't boot.
Normally it doesn't show the error, except for version 2.90, when I try to initialize it it shows the following error.

when i try to start any other version the black screen doesn't show anything, closing soon after
Observations
Updated drivers.
I always uninstalled previous versions before trying a new one.
I also tried to uninstall, clean the PC disk and install again.

This could be related to #72098, in which case the workaround in #78799 to use the integrated GPU should allow you to start Blender. Please upload the
blender.crash.txt
though, this is just a guess.blender.crash.txt
Thank you for the crash log. This does look like the referenced issue to me. Please try the workaround described in #78799. It should allow you to start Blender.

Reading the comment from the forums you have posted, I realized that it could be a "NVIDIA Control Panel" setting.
When I got there I got the message "You are not currently using a video connected to an NVIDIA GPU".
After that, it was only to change the HDMI of the monitor from the top to the bottom input, that the blender returned to work normally XD.
