Short description of error
Previously I was using version 2.90.1 and it worked well. I did not open the program for about 2 hours and I tried to open it today but the console opens for a second and closes, then I installed version 2.91 and it still doesn't work.
Yes, I read all the other problems similar or equal to this, and yes, I updated my drivers but nothing has changed.
pls help.

If it previously worked and now doesn't this seems likely to be caused by either an OS or driver update. The stack trace looks similar to issues usually reported for Intel and Nvidia GPU combination in #72098. Could you please try if the workaround described in #78799 allows you to start Blender?
@Raimund58 Both GPUs are supported, the AMD Radeon R7 450 is GCN first generation and Intel UHD 630 is from the Kaby Lake processors.

I mistakenly merged the ticket. This may be a different cause as you're using an Intel and AMD, not Intel and Nvidia.
