303106a2ad Add handy defines for retopology overlay 
I will use these for the selection occlusion code, and perhaps later in a separate cleanup make the retopology overlay code use them too.
14c201126c Use the new retopology overlay defines 
I'm not using them everywhere, just where I think it makes sense.
