Bundling the transform mode specific functions into a struct in the
file makes the transform code more readable and easier to add/remove
modes.

Other uncuttable, mode-specific values (like input ) may be included
posteriorly.

This refactor was thought to improve the solution in !104443 that creates a new mode (snapsource) where it is necessary to store all the information from the previous mode to restore when finishing the snapsource editing operation.
