Fix: Paint loop select to use distance to edge #108809

The original implementation checked the distance in screen space to the middle point of the surrounding edges.
This had the issue of not selecting the closest edge when the face was very elongated and the user clicked close to a corner.

This PR fixes that by

  • adding a function to calculate the distance of a point to a line defined by two points
  • projecting the individual vertices into screenspace and feeding those into the mentioned function

The only remaining weak point is for that to work, both vertices have to be on screen.
This could potentially fixed by projecting the cursor value into world space, and doing all the calculations in 3D.
But I am not certain how that is best done.
