Delete Branch "Harley/blender:SpreadsheetScrollers"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Hides Spreadsheet editor scroll bars when not needed.
Currently the Spreadsheet Editor shows its scrollbars even when not needed:
This PR just hides the scroll bars when they are not necessary:
Nice catch! +1 , a scrollbar should be an indicator that there's content that can be scrolled.
I guess this principle could be applied (in different patches) to other editors with the same issue (Info, Python Console, Node Editor, Animator editor's height, Image Editor?).
