Delete Branch "aras_p/blender:fewer_includes_cycles"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
In the commonly used cycles headers, it's enough to include much smaller
<iosfwd>
than the full<iostream>
. While looking at it,removed inclusion of some other headers from commonly used headers, that seemed to not be needed.
In the overall Blender build this does not save much time or inclusion amount, but was trivial to do so why not.

@blender-bot build
Think the majority of the modified areas are actually originated from me, and to me it seems all reasonable.
Even if the current impact is not easy to measure it seems like a good rule to include
iosfwd
whenever possible.@aras_p this commit breaks build for me.
FreeBSD 13.2/clang 15.0.7 (using LLVM libc++)
changing tile.h back to include ostream builds.
using iosfwd in tile.h gives me
@ShaneAmbler does adding
#include <ostream>
to thattile.cpp
file that produces the error fix the build for you?yes, iosfwd in tile.h and ostream in tile.cpp builds
tile.h already contains
<iosfwd>
include though?yeah, I first mentioned changing
tile.h
back toinclude <ostream>
to fix build.If I leave
tile.h
withinclude <iosfwd>
and addinclude <ostream>
totile.cpp
that also builds.
