UI: Minor layout and style adjustments in Preferences #112393

Small style and layout tweaks of some tabs in Preferences.
Mainly inline styling for compact layouts, grouping labels and
adding icons where needed.

Grouping all in one patch since the changes are small.

Purposely leaving aside complex areas such as Themes,
Add-ons, or Keymap. They require larger design decisions.


Interface tab:

  • In Menu, rename Sub Level label to Submenu. More clear.

Viewport tab:

  • Use inline styling for FPS toggle + samples.

Editing tab:

  • Use icons for Duplicate Data. It's ugly but it's more accessible and
    also helps to differentiate between Curve and Curves.
    It also resembles filter popovers like in the Dope Sheet.
  • In 3D Cursor, use column style grouping.
  • In Weight Paint, Rename label Use Custom Colors to Custom Gradient.
  • In Node Editor, use inline style for Auto-Offset + margin.

  • Sort some elements to be grouped more logically.

File Paths tab:

  • Make Render a sub-panel of "Data".
  • Move Asset Libraries panel up, since it's likely accessed more often.
  • Close Applications and Development panels by default, move down.
