For regular UI text entry, place the text caret exactly between
adjacent glyph bounds instead of just using partial text length to
position it.


I couldn't abide someone noticing the text cursor was not perfect. For this placement we are currently just using the length of the previous characters in the string. However this measurement includes the last character's right-side bearing (gap between it and next character). Therefore using string length is always a bit of a kludge that requires guesses about that padding and arbitrary movement. Unfortunately those things change with hinting too.

So this PR changes to using the consecutive glyph bounds. When between two characters the cursor is placed at the average of the first character's right edge and the next character's left edge. If at the beginning it is placed to the left of the first character's left edge. Similarly when at the end it is placed to the right of the last character's right edge.

This is close to perfect as possible.
