When inside a meta strip, copying and pasting a strip would copy the
top-most meta strip, rather than the intended strip.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create a color strip, and group it inside a meta strip
  2. Go inside the meta strip, select the color strip and copy it

Now when you paste, it pastes the "parent" meta strip instead.

Introduced in #114703
Similar to #115950
