@LukasTonne, I got that the cursor needs to be at least 4px from the stroke. But that doesn't explain why it worked before and now it doesn't. It seems to be a regression.

I can confirm that there is no drag threshold (deadzones) on the Spin Gizmo for LCS. That is definitely a bug.

Geometry Nodes: Gizmo runtime data is not initialized when copying node tree

I can confirm. When you select the copied node group "NodeGroup.001" the Gizmo does not appear. Note that this issue seems to be related to #129364: "Missing redraw with Geometry Node Gizmos"
