I can confirm that there is no drag threshold (deadzones) on the Spin Gizmo for LCS. That is definitely a bug.

I can confirm. When you select the copied node group "NodeGroup.001" the Gizmo does not appear. Note that this issue seems to be related to #129364: "Missing redraw with Geometry Node Gizmos"
