Copy/Paste object operator copies collections specified somewhere in that object (e.g. Geometry Node Collection Info node, particle system instance collection, ...)

I'm shocked at what a bug this could be. I'm not sure yet, but it's terrible.

Active Color Attribute switches after save and reverting file

There seems to be a lot of issues with active status right now. Looks like @Baardaap was doing something, and now there's a PR associated with it. Not sure if they will help, but it seems close

Geometry Node: Index of Nearest

After you point it out... it seems I made some kind of logical error in the implementation of switching groups when iterating over them.
