EEVEE Next: Shadows from one light does not blend

So should user adjust the scene or not use soft shadows to avoid this kind of situation? I think this kind of setup would be pretty common (flashlight for example).

Accessing material panel after switching to EEVEE Next crashes Blender

This seems to be fixed in yesterday or so. It still happened with yesterday's build fb5d03b5baae but in the latest build efc1094d6a34 it no longer crashes.
