Ok, but it seams that realizing the Instances to Geometry still not fix the problem of the Mesh Boolean? Do I miss something?
Tested it on my Mac - works. Used the same steps you described.

Good point, will test. Yes, works uner OpenGL. Seems to happen only in METAL.
I have the described problem also in 3.5 on Mac OSX. See in 100% lines and heavy flickering when moving the image. This is not in 3.4.1
