I just updated to kernel 6.6.14-200.fc39.x86_64 and Blender 4.02 Cycles HIP rendering is working well. I think this bug is fixed.

Blender 3.4.1 flatpak crash at start in debian 11

I am having this issue on rhel9. The only version working is the STL version of Blender.
