The line seems to be made out of strips, and when the line curves, the strips start to gap. I assume overlapping the strips by something like 15% is not a solution?

EEVEE next halo on motion blurred out of focus objects

Crashes when opening a file .blend

Stack trace in my crash log is identical to #125466 Fix is coming, in the meantime you can open the file without loading UI to avoid crash.
