Thanks, I fixed from Window 11 App, on control panel I didn't find it. Now it works and it open as well

On File Path I have a folder called Blender Add-On, where I generally save files, after that operation I did the factory startup from cmd, I link the file below, hope can help.

Blender 3.6 problem by rendering scene on EEEVEE (Freeze and crash GL_INVALID_FRAMEBUFFER_OPERATION : Cubemap Workaround End9)

It often happens with freeze, rarely a freeze and crash together, as gpu size it's 1GB dedicated, but it can be more with the CPU+GPU around 4.2GB, generally use around 800MBof 1GB
